HR4K Pen-Y-Fan Long Sleeve

Paying homage to our time spent on this mountain, this cotton 'base layer' is great to layer up on your favourite trail, or day to day when you're only there in spirit.

You’ll find people from all walks of life making their way to the summit of pen-y-fan. Standing 886m above the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) this is a challenging yet achievable walk and on a clear day offers unrivalled views of the Welsh countryside.

Used by the UK Special Forces as part of their selection process. The ‘Fan Dance’, involves a 24km march over the mountains carrying a backpack (bergen), rifle, food and water.

Part of our Name comes from our days spent on this hill, maintaining a 4km per hour pace (4k/hr) to complete the fan dance, combined with the start of our Hereford postcode.
